Cynthia belongs to the Business section of the San Diego County Bar Association. She is also a member of Lawyers Club, serving on the Programs Committee. Cynthia sits on the Board of Councilors for the Torrey Pines Association, serving as Secretary in 2006.

Cynthia graduated Cum Laude with a concentration in International Law from Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. She received the order of the coif and the Witkin Award for Legal Writing. She also served as an editor on the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review. She was also admitted to the Thurston Honor Society.
Cynthia received a B.A. with distinction in Biological Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego. While attending UCSD, Cynthia also minored in Chinese Studies, Psychology, and Theater.

Prior to attending law school, Jason worked as a project manager at Wink Communications, and Open TV, both interactive television companies in the Bay Area.

Rachel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Economics and a minor in legal studies from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. While attending CMU, Rachel studied abroad for a semester in Cairns, Australia at James Cook University.
